The Bioglider solution opens new possibilities to the biological oceanographic community, adding to the classic payload (CTD, DO, CHL A,…) new instruments that evolve in a synergetic way : the UVP6, an optical imaging system, and an echosounder EK80, giving information on the zooplankton and fish populations, in conjunction to the physical informations of the water column, making the bioglider an all-in-one platform for biological surveys!
