Three positions within the Australian National Facility for Ocean Gliders (ANFOG)

Three positions within the Australian National Facility for Ocean Gliders (ANFOG), a facility funded through Australia’s Integrated Marine Observing System (IMOS), and operates ocean gliders across Australia. The facility operates both Slocum and Seagliders. The positions will allow successful applicants to be involved in ocean glider operations including mission planning, deployments, piloting, recoveries and data provision.

(2) Data Officer: responsible for the Metadata and QA/QC procedures for the ocean glider data and provision of the data to the IMOS.
